Career Coaching can be taken at any point in your career path. Whether you are a recent graduate trying to break into the industry, or you are in the industry and looking for guidance on your development, or anything in between. No matter who you are, we all need a cheer leader, someone to hold us accountable to help keep us on track and moving toward your goals. I am here for you to ask questions, share your dreams and your fears, and help you get through the challenges that you are facing.

How Do We Start?
With Your Objectives And An Honest Assessment.
Having objectives in mind is a must for us to get started. As your Career Coach I don’t have a pre-made plan for you. You bring the agenda and the objectives and I help you with your goals.
From there, we take an honest look at where you are right now along with your short and long term goals. This includes a thorough review of your portfolio, your resume / cover letter, interview ability, career goals, etc.
In addition to your objectives, through honest conversation we will identify your pain points, areas of growth, your strengths and put that all into a plan of action.

With over 12 years of industry experience, Josh has contributed to over 14 projects projects including God of War: Ragnarok, Tom Clancy's The Division 2, Middle-Earth: Shadow of War, Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare & DLC, and Defiance & DLC.
As a power user of Substance Designer, Josh has helped to push the possibilities of what is possible in Substance Designer. Additionally, he has presented at industry events around the world such as SIGGRAPH, GDC, MiGS in Canada, Substance Days Asia, and CGFutures in Australia.
